yeah, there were a few previous postings on this "2017" version of the OPS .45 marine. Interesting story behind it: it was a production project implemented by Osamu Itani, owner of "Big-Hobby" RC model boat shop, in Japan (do a search on "Big-Hobby", it should come up)...

I loved these boats! They ran beautifully. I still have my Youngblood (from 1987). I'm re-doing it, running a new "2017" OPS .45 marine.

yes, the Lot No. 1, Picco parts collection looks intriguing. A number of (possibly) brand-new looking piston/sleeve assy's? Only wish we knew for which engine displacement? I'm thinking P65, P67 or P80 ? ( we can only guess) Only way to know is to measure OD or ID of liners (or OD of pistons).

how sensitive are these types of remote valves when setting-up and running? Do you have to be careful to re-set to rich each time you run?

I guess the real “magic” (with Pinckert’s valve) is the size and orientation of the slots
