Your prop is huge! I would start by try a smaller prop and see if you can get it to hook up. Strut depth looks like it is a good starting point. Your printed prop may also be a problem. There is a lot that goes into prop design. It is effectively a pump and if the configuration is not right it...

Hard to see through the snow :) Can you post a picture of the back of the boat out of the water with the prop on? I can't say for sure but I think at the very least your prop may be too high and maybe too small.

Brad, it does, it was engraved but since it was black it was hard to see so I wanted to throw some paint in there to make it a little easier to see. D

Heck, I just put "Jack" (my CNC machine) to work. I love working with Delrin but paint doesn't stick well. Have to come up with another solution or material.
