Just use a diode in one of the wires (correct polarity). They typically have about a .7 volt drop. Make sure you get one that can handle the current (5-8 amps maybe?). Simple. Joe

I am bringing my gas mono. I guess it is in open gas. Anybody else want to bring a mono? Maybe we can have a mono race inside of the twin riggers.....

Mike is laying up the first one tonight. We need to test fit it. If all is okay, we should be popping them out. It is a slightly modified Blazer Slingshot cowling. We had somebody buy one and we are splashing it.

We are almost ready to roll out a new cowling for the (soon to be released) Envy Gas Rigger, that will be backward compatible with any 5 inch boat. Mike Walker is putting the final touches on the plug now. Couple of weeks, we should be popping some out of polyester... Joe

I like the idea of an "odds & ends" class. Lets ANYBODY race. Whatever they want to throw in, as long as there isn't already a class. Maybe we can get the gas cats and monos together, and see how compatible they are. Either way, I am there... Joe

I have always wanted to try clear coat only, on the outside at least. My idea is to mix up some catalyzed clear (PPG or whatever), and then brush it on for a coat or 2. I know it sands very well the next day, and is almost bullet proof as a clear coat, so why not as a sealer? If it doesn't...
