A geared setup is a lot smoother to drive, provides better handling of the boat. For sure, higher nitro provides more torque, no doubt, which is crucial on low rpm. Any ratio is possible on a set up like this, it is regular module 1 gears.

Like Mike stated, headbutton is the same. So yes, it is a turbo head. I have just made a flywheel and a watercooling cap to fit the engine. So when buying this engine you are basicly buying the same engine as Minicars have got OS to make for them, except with this one you get marine flywheel...
