    40 Pipe or ?

That looks like one that CMDI had CMB make for them several years ago. There was an error made on the muffler stinger. Like they made the stinger size on the OD instead of the ID. I picked up 2 from Andy for a song. You need to replace the stinger with the correct size and it will work great.

    conical manifolds

Once you determine the length required for your setup, ideally you should weld up a specific pipe. But then you would need a different pipe for every site and weather condition. Kinda like NASCAR teams do with headers. Do some research and you will understand the principle behind sonic...

    Bearings I have sold

I have become aware of the possibility of some 6002 and 6002A bearings that I have sold might not be genuine WIB. The suspect bearings were labelled as Swiss Manufacture, but did not have WIB engraving applied. When I received these bearings from my distributor, I immediately called them to...

can cmb rs bearings fit the cmb hr?

Yes, what Rick said. That said, the 45HR big bearing is the same as the .90~1.01 RS motors.

    conical manifolds

One thing to note, the expansion of the flow should start slowly, and then accelerate. I.E. use a smaller angle at first, and then, once the flow starts expanding, you can increase the angle. Otherwise there is a risk of flow separation and the pipe actually becomes a cylinder instead of a cone...

PROP BALANCER MACHINED FROM BILLET ALUMINUM

Also need to be aware of any grind burrs at the center. They will make them appear off center, but once the burr is removed, they are fine.

    Pipe pressure fittings

I think that you'll find that Central doesn't carry them any more. They advised me on my last stocking order that they had been discontinued by Tettra. They said that they filled my order with all that they had available.I still have a few left. But once they're gone, they're gone. I will...

    Flat (not wedge) rudder blade?

That Henkel blade is not a full wedge. The wedge break line at mid chord may be causing a flow separation that in turn causes the instability.

Piston cracks - CMB 67 greenie.

I also don't see how this is possible The R of the counterweight and the distance the corner is away from the wrist pin would meant that the skirt area in line with the wrist pin is 2-3mm below the arc of the CW. It is easier to draw. That is a bunch of crank flex....... Piston rocking at BDC?
