Have you checked with Aircraft Spruce? I bought a bunch of 1/4" 72" long triangle spruce stick stock a while back.

I would have to agree with Mike, tow it in. If the rudder, prop or turn fin is sharp or pointed anywhere, it could puncture one (or both) of the pontoons. I bought a fishing kayak to use as a chase boat. I wouldn't try to lift a large hydroplane onto that either, not unless it was damaged to...

A 7X18 is heavy for an F150? I pull a 26ft camp trailer with a 5.3L 2011 Tahoe at speeds of 70 plus without a problem. The trailer, with a full load, weighs in at around 5800lbs, can't see your cargo trailer weighing more than that. I like what you've done with the inside of your trailer...
