Built a hybrid 20 and oh boy does it run wet and slow, I asked Jerry to help Mark where the engine should go and he said there's too many variables to mention so whatever I put the engine in the area that should have the engine and the radio equipment is in the equipment radio area but it runs really wet actually drags it down slow

I've raised it and put some positive angle in it hopefully I can run it again this coming Saturday looking forward to seeing if there's any improvements

That rudder looks way too long the picture is deceiving
It's a sea deucer 21 rudder mounted per the instructions
Hopefully I can run it again this coming week end with the changes I've made if that's still not enough angle and raising it high enough I'll have to make the hole a little bigger so I can raise it higher it's about at its limit right now, I haven't run it since I changed it to the way you see it now yet

Corey on my seaducer my stut runs high and pretty neutral your stuffing tube has to be able to lift up and down also to help keep strut neutral keep rudder straight if you tuck it under it will dig in the turns
