Just make sure you have the high speed needle backed out a few turns first..that's a great little motor , on the left side of the pic you have the low speed needle, that needs to be adjust 1st so it idle on the bench, you cant run them on the bench to long it will get hot and change the needle adjustment,, so let it cool down or pump water threw it , a screaming sound and motor over reving is the motor leaning out let it cool down and screw the low speed out 1/4 turn at a time see if you can get this done 1st
