Looking for carburetor instruction manual, settings and adjustements for above mentionned engine. Any information advice, tips appreciated. THX.20240818_164417.jpg20240818_164640.jpg

that's a great little motor , on the left side of the pic you have the low speed needle, that needs to be adjust 1st so it idle on the bench, you cant run them on the bench to long it will get hot and change the needle adjustment,, so let it cool down or pump water threw it , a screaming sound and motor over reving is the motor leaning out let it cool down and screw the low speed out 1/4 turn at a time see if you can get this done 1st

Just make sure you have the high speed needle backed out a few turns first..

if u run "nitro" i.e more than 10% ,then remove the low speed . unscrew ,,cut the non thread part off ,file clean/flat locktite it back all the way in and just use the high.
reason -runing high nitro with the lowspeed tends to make people incorrectly set top. it actually interferes with the setting really.
as you transition through throttle positions it will sometimes make u think the top is rich and sometimes think the top is lean even without changing it .
thats why the newer ones had a hole in the body and the car carbs have a 3rd needle
