This is what I get:
A 404 error, also known as a "404 Not Found" error, is a web browser's response to an issue with communication between the browser and the web server. Lohring, I just tried the namba website and it opened just fine. I clicked a few tabs and they opened normally.
I accessed it through a google search, and not from a saved link.

In addition my Chrome browser indicates that the site isn't secure.

I had the same issue with Microsoft Edge, but I finally could log in with Firefox. I have no idea what the issue is.

I am not aware of any outages from the website. This may have been a temp issue with Edge. It is currently working for me on three browsers.
As far as the site being marked as "not secure", this is a very old website created by Chris Wittrig. We have not invested in updating it to support encrypted communications for two reasons; first we are planning to rewrite and replace this site soon. Secondly, there is not real personal or private data to protect so it is not worth the cost to try and update it.
I am hoping that I can start this project as soon as we complete the Race Entry System project.
