This shot shows how I spliced the bottom sheets together. There is another piece of 1/16 ply under the joint. I drilled small holes through the bottom and screwed into the 1/16 splice. This suck it up against the two pieces and gets a good glue joint. This is a very handy technique. After the glue dries, out come the screws and you fill the holes.
