Notice the fifth flat head screw visible at the bottom of the safety shroud's rear inside surface. This screw is holding the end cap on the main shaft. After engine shut down, a beam type torque wrench is inserted here & the torque can be easily read by duplicating the pointer reading. RPM readings are taken with a laser tachometer from the spinner's reflective square.
