These are the components of the mount. The top is 1/8" ply. The mount itself is (2) 3/4" X 3/4" X 3/8" hardwood blocks glued to 1/32" ply. Use a servo to set the spacing of the blocks and I suggest using at least a 30 minute epoxy. The hardwood blocks are then drilled and tapped for your choice of fastener.
