The silicone rubber line is used when fueling to prevent the overflow from going in side the boat hull. Also notice between the WD-40 can & the oil can is a 3-IN-ONE oil can which has been modified to be used as a primer can. A special primer fluid is used to insure the motor starts with one pull.
