After thinking about what a pain adjusting the strut was on my previous Caspari hulls (you can see the top of the strut under the deck) I decided to make the rear section removeable for easier access to the strut for adjustments. Cutting out area marked off with blue tape. I will cut two thin strips from cut out part & then glue under deck to form a reccessed lip to support new rear piece.
