These UHMW wing mounts bolt in to carbon supports that are glassed in and run from the underside of the deck to the bottom. Extremely secure and if you blow off the nylon screws are very easy to remove from the plastic mount. The carbon rods under the deck have 6/32 inserts glassed in to them to which you bolt the UHMW blocks to. I tried to take a pic under the deck but I couldn't get a good enough angle on the camera to get it right.
