The two fixtures on the left allow different cuts to be made to the header pipe flange. The fixture on the right shows the machined flange & the threaded header pipe in position for silver soldering. After silver soldering, the exhaust window is machined in the flange. A small amount of hand grinding gives a piece with a very smooth exhaust flow. Many engines are losing HP in this critical area!
