My Kep's 21. The outer K&S brass tube is glued in place with 5 min epoxy with milled fiberglass mixed in. On the inside its also braced with one layer of fiber glass cloth + Z-Poxy finishing resin. On a 3.5 its not needed with heavy reinforcements.
