My Kep's 21 2006 rigger. Mostly CMD hardware - made lighter... Yes, the rudder is kicked back. Must unscrew the bolts and re align it. Notice race damaged rudder blade from world champs in Norway. Booth debree in water + me running over some slow or dead boats... Ouch. Sorry.
