A piece of ply that is cut to go between the engine rails & rests on the hull bottom. Missing in the photo is a piece of foam rubber under the tank to isolate it from vibrations.
There are 4 hooks, 2 that you can see, & 2 at the front of the tank, the rubber bands are chris-crossed over the tank
