2010 NAMBA Nats Entries

Guys,

Here are the entries as of 5/21/10. If you have sent a entry in and are not on the list then we did not get it yet. I will take entries here and add them to the list, but I will not finalize them until we receive the paperwork in the mail. I have been contacted by a lot of people regarding this race who say they are coming, but I have not received any paperwork. The Hotel People say they are filling up fast so I need you guys to send me those entries.

Did you get my modified entry form i have now entered an A Mono.

What is happening with entries how many now i can not beleive there is no SMACK talk or no talk at all very worried how many boaters are going.

We are not concerned as most of the entries always come in the last couple of weeks before the race. I know most of the guys in my district have not registred yet and I knoe most of them are coming. This is SAD!!!!

I just attended the Atlanta Spring Nat's that had a low turn out in most of the Nitro classes, the Gas classes were jammed up.

And now the see the VERY LOW entry list of Nitro classes so far for the NAMBA Nat's, What can you say? I guess there are very few of us left, running Nitro!!!

Hopefully, there will be a mass influx of entries here real soon.

Watching the entries too, hey I will be racing sport40 with you.

How about entering sport60 with your scale boat, good warm up for the scale racing later in the week. Good or bad idea? Looks like they may need the entries too.

I think that a lot of people wait until the last minute to get this stuff done I see it happen every year. I think if everyone would just send in there entries and stop worrying about how many will be there it will be a lot bigger then you would expect. This race will be a great time for everyone we have some great food and activities planned. The people that don't come will miss out on a great time.

Phil, The Nat's I attended in Ft Lauderdale, there were quite a few that ran there scales in Sport-60.

I do have a second scale I could do that with, but I aint puttin my primary out there!!!!!

I heard you were going to have to leave early, are you not going to able to stay for scale?

Gents:

Carlo and the Voodoo MBC put on a great race and they know how to run a National event (IMPBA Gas Nats 2009). I had a great time when I travelled down to Reserve.. Tony J

Tony,

that is what I have heard so the only way to find out is to check it out myself. I plan on driving the 1800 miles. Got my list of diners, drive ins and drives and Man versus Food places checked out. I should be rolling in to Reserve before the Nats start with a 12 inch high 3 1/ 2 pound cinnamon roll from Lulus if anyone is up for breakfast. New Orleans is on the list for a few of these places also. I am going to the Zephyr's baseball game, Bourbon Street, and the French Quarter in my spare time when Carlo and his club takes a break from all of the activities they have planned. Oh............ I am even taking my boats to race. Isn't that why we are there? All of the above is why we are going there. Wouldn't even think of missing this.
